Senior Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Senior Consultant you will work remotely to design realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks that help AI agents learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic consulting dynamics, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions for each task to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate with the AI and data generation teams to ensure the consulting environments are aligned with model training objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesizing findings from messy data.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables such as presentations, reports, and financial models.
