Senior Corporate Legal Counsel – Global Corporate Affairs

About the role

Binance is seeking a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to join its global Corporate Legal Affairs team. You will lead complex strategic projects, corporate transactions, governance initiatives, and entity management across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement group legal strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide proactive, business‑focused legal advice and manage responses to corporate and broader legal matters.
• Lead negotiations and external communications on legal issues.
• Support M&A, minority and majority investments, joint ventures, and restructuring activities worldwide.
• Draft, review, and assess legal documents, delivering risk assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams on complex, sensitive legal matters.
• Deliver training and counsel to non‑legal colleagues to enhance risk awareness.
• Monitor legal developments and ensure consistent legal approaches across the organization.

Required profile

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction.
• Typically 8+ years post‑qualification experience in a top law firm or in‑house at a high‑growth company.
• Strong background in corporate transactional work and corporate governance.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects.
