Senior Engineer – Residential Construction

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Irish Tier 1 contractor that is expanding its residential division. The Senior Engineer will take ownership of a large‑scale residential development while gaining exposure to healthcare, commercial, data‑centre and civil‑engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site engineering activities on a major residential project.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, accurately and to programme.
• Liaise with subcontractors, design teams and site management.
• Maintain quality standards and oversee setting out and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site or Senior Engineer on construction projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Residential project experience is desirable but not essential.
• Degree in civil engineering or a related construction qualification is beneficial.
• Ability to commute to Dublin.
