Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Opex FP&A

About the role

Logitech is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Corporate Opex FP&A team in Cork. This hybrid position (2‑3 days onsite) supports Business Group Opex management, works across multiple functions, and drives financial insight for marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly Opex reporting packages, analyse trends, drivers and variances, and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast process, continuously improving forecast accuracy.
• Manage the Business Group P&L (Opex portion) with detailed commercial commentary.
• Support Marketing stakeholders with Marcom analysis by quarter, activity type, and product segment.
• Enhance and automate trackers and Opex analysis tools for stakeholders.
• Handle PO receipt, accruals, and month‑end/quarter‑end closing activities.
• Compile MRC review reports for internal audit.
• Provide finance and systems education to business teams and contribute to digital transformation projects using AI/BI solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of FP&A experience with solid accounting knowledge.
• Experience in business finance, preferably in FMCG or consumer electronics.
• Proven ability to work independently, stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to build relationships with marketing, finance, procurement, IT and other functions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, financial modelling).
• PowerPoint and Google Docs proficiency.
• OneStream and Oracle experience.
• Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Understanding of database relationship structures.
