Senior Full Stack Java Developer (AI Innovation Lab)

About the role
We are establishing an AI Innovation Lab that rapidly prototypes and scales intelligent solutions. We need a senior full‑stack Java contractor who thrives in fast‑moving, experimental environments and can turn ideas into production‑ready systems with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build AI‑driven prototypes quickly.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Develop backend services using Java (17‑25) and Spring Boot.
- Create UI components with Angular.
- Integrate AI services and external APIs.
- Design REST APIs and distributed system architectures.
- Work with SQL Server databases.
Required profile
- 7+ years of professional Java development experience (Java 17+ preferred).
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and micro‑service architectures.
- Full‑stack experience that includes Angular front‑end development.
- Hands‑on experience with containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker).
