Senior Healthcare Architects & Technologists

About the role

Kevin Jackson Architects is expanding its healthcare design team and is looking for experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists to lead and develop major healthcare projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate design, planning, tender and construction documentation.
• Chair project meetings, prepare reports and conduct site inspections.
• Administer contracts and ensure delivery complies with Public Works Contracts and Irish statutory requirements.

Required profile

• RIAI‑registered Architects or CIAT‑registered Architectural Technologists.
• 7–12 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare projects.
• Strong design, technical and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
• Familiarity with Public Works Contracts.
