Senior Implementation Consultant – French speaking

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a senior Implementation Consultant who will lead the first 60‑90 days of a customer’s journey with LinkedIn Sales Solutions. The role is based in Dublin and will be performed in a hybrid model, combining remote work with office days. You will work closely with Sales teams and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth launch of virtual selling programs for French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation and product‑adoption plan for pilots and full roll‑outs during the first 60‑90 days.
• Conduct program‑design consultations covering enablement, communication, change management and technical integration.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success Managers to align timelines, resources and expectations.
• Educate customers on the value of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and guide them in building data‑driven sales stories.
• Provide technical guidance to integrate Sales Navigator with existing workflows and tech stacks, including Salesforce.com.
• Promote the use of LinkedIn resources such as community forums, training modules and best‑practice guides.

Required profile

• Strong experience in customer implementation and change‑management projects.
• Ability to understand customer business models and translate them into effective virtual selling programs.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Proactive collaboration with cross‑functional teams, especially Sales and Customer Success.
