Senior Manager Purchase to Pay (Spanish/Portuguese/English)

About the role

Eli Lilly is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the Purchase to Pay (P2P) invoicing function in Cork. The role combines strong finance expertise with strategic leadership to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end invoicing process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing invoicing team, setting clear objectives aligned with the P2P Ambition & Finance Forward strategy.
• Own the delivery of operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives within the invoicing function.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless end‑to‑end invoicing operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive actions to achieve service level targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in finance or invoicing operations.
• Commercially minded with a strong track record of driving transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
• Ability to inspire and develop teams in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.
