Senior Market Research & Insights Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior market research and insights consultant to provide agile, end‑to‑end research support across a broad portfolio of business areas. The role is contract‑based for nine months and can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setting from Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑priority consumer insights and market research projects from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal insights teams to manage research requests during peak periods.
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, creative and design stakeholders.
• Manage external agencies, defining scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Conduct hands‑on research when speed or budget requires a DIY approach.
• Deliver research across consumer technology, gaming, workplace solutions and B2B audiences using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Translate findings into clear, strategic narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Support knowledge management by capturing, synthesising and archiving insights.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong independent work style in fast‑paced environments.
• Comfortable working across global time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM.
• Proficiency in a wide range of research methodologies (IDIs, focus groups, concept testing, audience segmentation, UX/website testing, shopper journey research, brand health studies).
