Senior National Account Manager – Ireland

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior National Account Manager to lead our Tesco Ireland business and distributor partnership. You will own the national account strategy, drive growth in the premium wellbeing segment, and act as the primary liaison for one of our most important retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Tesco Ireland business plan, ensuring alignment with company growth targets.
• Build and maintain a strong partnership with Tesco, acting as the first point of contact for strategic initiatives.
• Manage distributor relationships to guarantee market reach that matches ambition.
• Navigate the complexity of dual relationships without compromising either side.
• Accelerate category momentum for premium wellbeing products in a high‑growth market.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams that are passionate about the portfolio.

Required profile

• Several years of senior‑level experience in FMCG, preferably within the top four grocery retailers.
• Proven track record negotiating with major retailers and managing complex dual relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to focus on results and avoid internal politics.
