Senior Onboarding Specialist (French/Portuguese)

About the role

As a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Salesforce, you will be the first point of contact for new customers after the sale, ensuring a smooth transition into the Salesforce ecosystem. You will leverage your expertise in Sales Cloud and AI‑enabled tools to accelerate time‑to‑value and set the stage for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Salesforce subject‑matter expert for Sales Cloud, guiding customers through core functionality.
• Own the post‑sale welcome experience, establishing trusted advisor relationships.
• Deliver high‑impact virtual 1:1 sessions that educate and empower customers.
• Use consultative discovery techniques to uncover business use cases and define success metrics.
• Provide strategic, personalized recommendations to maximize product adoption.
• Design customized Success Paths that map clear steps from onboarding to value realization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools and knowledge‑sharing platforms to scale expertise and improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and either French or Portuguese.
• Proven experience in customer onboarding, consulting, or customer success within a SaaS or CRM context.
