Senior Product Manager, France Market Expansion
clio · Dublin
Job description
About the role
Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its France market expansion. You will lead the vision, strategy and roadmap of the solutions that help Clio enter the French market, owning the end-to-end product portfolio and customer experience in France. The role balances global scale with local nuance and sits between product execution and regional partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product portfolio and customer experience in France end to end, from first touch through onboarding, daily practice management, billing and support, and close gaps left by other teams.
- Develop a roadmap with peers and drive delivery of features that meet the desired business outcome.
- Drive product readiness for the French market, including localization, multi-lingual support, regulatory requirements and market-specific workflows.
- Set a clear vision and ship fast, aiming for a first customer-visible change within 90 days, validating with real customers before scaling.
- Understand how French lawyers work, track regulations such as Factur-X, TVA and bar association rules, and build relationships with practitioners, bar associations and local partners.
- Work AI-first: use AI for research, analysis, requirements and prototyping, and build your own lightweight scripts and agents.
- Build the business case for France with central Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and Operations teams, and escalate on a stated trigger.
Required profile
- Fluency in French and English; English fluency is required.
- 4-5 years of product management experience.
- Proven track record of taking multiple products or features from ideation to launch in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in localization and multi-lingual product development, including building or managing internationalization projects.
- Ability to win roadmap commitments from teams that do not report to you.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of the French legal market, civil law and regulatory requirements.
- Technical fluency to discuss system design, data models and platform trade-offs with engineering.
- AI-native working style with concrete examples of its use.
