Senior Project Manager – Cloud Migration (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large‑scale cloud migration programme. The role involves planning, executing and delivering the transition from on‑premises infrastructure to a modern cloud environment, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a cloud migration programme.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across infrastructure, applications, security, networking and business units.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Manage project governance, reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective change management and business readiness throughout the migration.
• Monitor project performance using agreed KPIs and provide regular status updates.
• Manage third‑party suppliers and implementation partners.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards, security requirements and governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned throughout the programme.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT projects.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale cloud migration programmes.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
