Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Senior Project Manager required for a leading main building contractor to deliver a hospital extension project in North Dublin. The role involves overseeing the project from early design through to handover, working with design teams, subcontractors and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for project delivery, managing all stages from specification development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning to handover.
• Manage relationships with design team, subcontractors, utilities and liaise with adjoining owners, neighbours, and local authorities.
• Coordinate internally with commercial, finance and technical departments.
• Ensure snagging, de‑snagging and lock‑up protocols for internal fit‑out works through to completion.

Required profile

• Degree qualified.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on large building projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Minimum 7 years’ main‑contractor experience in the UK or Ireland, preferably delivering large‑scale healthcare or public sector projects.
