Senior Project Manager – End-to-End Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and delivery‑focused Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives from discovery through to closure. The role ensures projects meet scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects across business, change and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, aligning all stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely status reporting to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance and steering materials and escalate issues when needed.
• Oversee change control processes and ensure deliverables are documented, version‑controlled and approved.
• Manage third‑party vendors to ensure timely, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex cross‑functional projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Analytical, structured and delivery‑oriented mindset.
• Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable handling complexity.

• Project planning, coordination and governance expertise.
