Senior Project Manager – End‑to‑End Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, delivery‑focused Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives from discovery through to closure. The role ensures projects meet scope, timeline, budget and quality targets while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and a high standard of customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects across business, change and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely status reporting to project teams and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance and steering materials, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure deliverables are documented, version‑controlled, approved and completed on schedule.
• Oversee change control processes and ensure implications are understood and agreed.
• Manage third‑party vendors to guarantee delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and support effective collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong project planning, coordination and governance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, budget and risk management skills.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical, highly organised and adaptable to complexity.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Clarity and Jira.
