Senior Project Manager – High‑Density Apartment Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark high‑density apartment development in Dublin. The role offers the chance to own a flagship project for one of Ireland’s leading main contractors, with a clear path for long‑term career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale residential development, from mobilisation to handover.
• Ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating daily activities and contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep the programme on track.
• Guarantee compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale residential or commercial projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and project planning expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
