Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager/Engineer will lead the delivery of EPCV projects from concept through hand‑over, coordinating engineering design, construction, commissioning and qualification activities. This site‑based role supports multidisciplinary teams delivering projects for LM/SM & Utilities within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule and budget compliance.
• Generate project scopes, cost estimates, schedules and resource plans.
• Lead weekly project coordination meetings and act as the primary client liaison.
• Coordinate engineering and design activities, identifying specialist services when required.
• Prepare and maintain project controls data, including schedules, budgets and man‑hour forecasts.
• Review progress and forecast data to enable corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of design experience, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sector.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
