Senior Project Manager

About the role

Clear Strategy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex data, analytics, AI and digital transformation programmes for its clients. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, technical delivery teams and consultants to ensure projects generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver multiple concurrent data, analytics, AI and technology transformation projects.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, RAID logs and status reports.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
• Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, workshops and executive updates.
• Identify, assess and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale data, analytics, AI or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially at senior and executive levels.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive accountability and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for steering committees and workshops.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to manage project financial performance.
