Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship 75,000 sq ft energy refurbishment and fit‑out project in Dublin city centre. The role offers full delivery ownership of a high‑profile, technically demanding programme within a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full delivery accountability for the 75,000 sq ft energy refurbishment and commercial fit‑out project.
• Manage building services upgrades, fabric refurbishment and complete fit‑out works.
• Coordinate technical sequencing and stakeholder engagement across all project phases.
• Oversee a portfolio of commercial fit‑out and building projects ranging €1 million‑€13 million.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, budget and timeline expectations.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in commercial fit‑out, refurbishment or similar construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with full accountability and influence.
• Strong track record of managing complex, high‑value programmes and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience delivering projects in the Dublin market is preferred.
