Senior Project Manager – Large Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑profile residential development in North Dublin. You will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception through handover, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a large residential construction project.
• Manage project programme, budgets, resources and reporting.
• Coordinate site management, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Drive quality standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• 8+ years’ project management experience within the construction sector.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale residential developments.
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively.
