Senior Project Manager – Software Delivery

About the role

This senior position leads the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent software projects and customer implementations within a regulated environment. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, QA and commercial teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans while continuously improving delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery across several software projects and customer implementations from initiation to handover.
• Translate strategic goals into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Drive Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and ensure robust project governance.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resource planning and cross‑functional coordination.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery and operational processes.
• Ensure documentation, handover procedures and operational readiness are in place.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing software projects in technology‑focused environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving settings.
