Senior Recruitment Consultant – HR Recruitment (Cork/Limerick/Galway)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our established HR recruitment desk covering Cork, Limerick and Galway. You will manage permanent HR placements for a diverse portfolio of SME, indigenous and multinational clients, building long‑term relationships and positioning yourself as a market specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a 360° recruitment desk focused on permanent HR appointments.
• Develop and nurture relationships with HR professionals and business leaders across the region.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
• Create and execute a business development plan to generate new revenue.
• Oversee the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Gather market intelligence and establish yourself as a specialist within the HR community.
• Expand existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Contribute to team initiatives and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record in agency recruitment, preferably within a professional services or HR focus.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Consultative, advisory approach with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and highly motivated.
• Desire to build a long‑term career in recruitment.
