Senior Site Engineer

About the role

We are a leading building contractor seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join our project delivery team in Dublin. You will support the delivery of large‑scale construction projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed‑use sectors, working closely with the Site Manager and project team.

Key responsibilities

• Set out and survey works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality control and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with programme management and progress reporting.
• Support implementation of health and safety procedures.
• Liaise with design teams, consultants and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor or developer.
• Strong technical and setting‑out skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
• Knowledge of Irish construction standards and regulations (advantageous).
