Senior Web Application Developer – Finance (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Web Application Developer to join our finance team on a contract basis. You will design, build, and enhance secure, scalable web applications and APIs, working across the full delivery lifecycle in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and document web applications using C#.NET.NET Core, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Deliver technical solutions on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Follow established software lifecycle practices and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities at project and delivery levels.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Lead Developers and QA teams.
• Provide technical advice and guidance throughout solution development.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Web Application Developer.
• Previous experience with banking or supervisory systems.
• Degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Angular (SPA architecture) and best‑practice patterns.
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs and Microsoft Web API.
• Azure DevOps pipelines for code release cycles.
