Service Technician / Automotive Mechanic – Cork

About the role

Join Tesla’s Service team in Cork as a Service Technician, helping to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will work with cutting‑edge electric vehicles, applying advanced tools and software to deliver top‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on all Tesla vehicle models, using Tesla‑specific software and advanced diagnostic tools.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before return or pre‑delivery to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and continuously improve the service experience.
• Participate in in‑house training programs to develop expertise in electric‑vehicle technology.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service and repairs, preferably in automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
• Relevant certification for vehicle repairs (not mandatory but advantageous).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Full Irish driver’s licence and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Readiness to travel for mobile repairs when required.
