Site Agent

About the role

Sisk is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the delivery of a construction site from mobilisation through to completion. The role is the primary on‑site authority, responsible for safe, efficient and quality‑driven supervision of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in creating the initial programme and set weekly targets.
• Plan and oversee site set‑up, ensuring facilities are ready before launch.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with HSEQS protocols.
• Maintain quality control procedures and an up‑to‑date temporary works register.
• Identify and communicate issues that could affect schedule, cost, or safety.
• Drive project pace, monitor energy and waste data, and coordinate activity sequencing.
• Lead daily whiteboard meetings and supervise foremen and site staff.
• Maintain contemporaneous site records and ensure proper registration of all site entrants.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience delivering construction projects across multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large‑scale projects and manage subcontractors.
• Strong people‑management and decision‑making skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of trades, codes of practice and site requirements.
