Site Engineer – Dublin Construction Project

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join a leading Irish building contractor on a high‑profile project in Dublin. You will work on‑site, supporting the delivery of commercial, public works, healthcare and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Surveying and setting out using Total Station and GPS equipment.
• Reviewing and controlling the latest drawing revisions from the design team.
• Coordinating procurement of plant and materials on site.
• Liaising with design teams, client representatives, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Supervising day‑to‑day site personnel.
• Preparing method statements and risk assessments for construction activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant site experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven experience using surveying instruments such as Total Station and GPS.
