Site Engineer – Residential Development

About the role

Townmore, one of Ireland's fastest‑growing main contractors, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the team on a major residential development on Daingean Road, Tullamore. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high‑profile project while developing your career in a supportive, quality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform precision setting‑out using Leica Robotic Total Stations, GPS and Icon software.
• Manage the RFI process and review technical drawings with AutoCAD.
• Maintain accurate site records, quality documentation and as‑built surveys.
• Supervise precast and in‑situ concrete works, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to deliver work safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Required profile

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer on residential or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience with a main contractor, developer or specialist subcontractor in Ireland or the UK.
