Site Manager – Newbuild Apartment Scheme in Limerick

About the role
The company is an established property developer delivering residential and mixed‑use projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new‑build apartment scheme valued at approximately €10 million in Limerick.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the No. 1 on‑site authority, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations from mobilisation through handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to specification.
- Maintain strong health and safety standards throughout the site.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in Irish construction.
- Background with a main contractor, developer or large subcontractor.
- Strong residential experience, preferably with apartment projects.
