Site Manager – Wellness Facility

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Dublin wellness location. You will ensure the facility runs smoothly, deliver high‑quality sauna and ice‑bath experiences, and support a team of staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sauna and ice‑bath facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and employees.
• Schedule staff, coordinate training, and manage team performance.
• Handle inventory control, sales tracking, and basic administrative tasks using scheduling software.
• Maintain health and safety protocols, conduct equipment checks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, address client inquiries, and supervise service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and operational management abilities, including scheduling and team coordination.
• Experience in health, wellness, hospitality or a similar service‑oriented industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing or leading teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in Dublin in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling software and inventory management tools.
