Site Project Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established main contractor who has recently secured a prestigious data‑centre project in Arklow, County Wicklow. The company is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the construction and delivery of this high‑profile development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities for the data‑centre project, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site personnel, coordinating schedules and resources to meet project milestones.
• Monitor progress, budgets and risks, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably in the data‑centre or similar high‑tech facilities sector.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities on a busy construction site.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
