Site Reliability Engineer (SRE/DevOps) – Engineering Productivity

About the role

Arista Networks is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Engineering Productivity team. You will help maintain and expand a rapidly growing infrastructure that supports internal users and product development teams across hybrid cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable, and fault‑tolerant tools and infrastructure.
• Develop automation to eliminate toil and improve incident response.
• Create and maintain runbooks, triage platform issues, and write post‑mortem documentation.
• Plan and communicate maintenance windows while coordinating with third‑party vendors.
• Collaborate with product development teams to identify bottlenecks and improve developer workflow.
