SMB Sales Manager – French Market

About the role

DocuSign is looking for an experienced SMB Sales Manager to lead its French‑market sales team. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, upgrades and renewals while ensuring the team meets its revenue targets and adheres to company values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a French Account Executive (AE) SMB sales team.
• Design and execute upgrade and renewal strategies, maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.com.
• Monitor sales forecasts, assess performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Coach AEs on prospecting, vertical market management, negotiations and forecasting.
• Participate in complex negotiations and close new business with senior sales leadership support.
• Collaborate with each AE to create vertical‑wide business plans that achieve quota.
• Ensure consistent use of sales tools, systems and Rules of Engagement.
• Communicate field‑based product and business needs to corporate teams.
• Identify training and development opportunities for the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SMB sales teams, preferably in a French‑language environment.
• Strong customer focus, passion for results and alignment with DocuSign’s cultural values.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
