Software Engineer – AI‑First Development (Dublin)

About the role

Join RxSense’s new Dublin development centre as a Software Engineer focused on AI‑first product delivery. You will work on a healthcare technology platform, collaborating with senior engineers, product managers and architects to build scalable, high‑quality backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate Claude (Anthropic’s AI) into daily development tasks such as coding, testing, debugging, documentation and design.
• Write precise specifications for AI‑generated code, review outputs for edge‑case failures, and continuously improve AI‑driven workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge‑sharing sessions and design discussions.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability of releases.

Required profile

• Strong interest in human‑AI collaboration and AI‑augmented engineering practices.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Ability to produce clear technical specifications and review AI‑generated code critically.
