Software Engineer – AI‑Powered Full‑Stack (MERN)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered full‑stack applications. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (React, Node/NestJS, MongoDB).
• Integrate AI‑driven features such as Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.
• Gather requirements, prototype, and deploy applications to production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to operationalise prototypes and ensure smooth production transitions.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with the MERN stack.
• Proven ability to build AI‑enabled applications using LLMs.
• Practical knowledge of RAG systems and vector‑based retrieval approaches.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts and basic implementation of AI agents or workflows.
• Capacity to work independently, own end‑to‑end delivery and solve complex problems in a fast‑moving environment.

What we offer
