Software Engineer II – Java & Azure Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our Insurance risk solutions team in Dublin. You will design, develop, and maintain cloud‑native microservices using Java and Azure technologies, helping customers automate and streamline their insurance journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices with Java, Spring Boot, and Azure services.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for inter‑service communication.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot microservices on Azure Container Apps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in insurance technology and risk analytics.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary range €38,700 – €64,400 per year.
