Software Engineer – Java/Angular (3‑6 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable, secure, high‑quality software solutions. The role sits at the heart of our development team, collaborating across the full software development lifecycle and delivering business‑critical applications, especially for regulated sectors such as banking and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end software development activities, from design through deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and services.
• Manage production support incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Adopt new technologies, tools, and development practices as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Contribute to effort estimation, requirements analysis, and sprint planning.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of professional software development experience.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, payments, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong programming skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
