Solutions Engineer, French

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer focused on French‑speaking customers, you will join Notion’s early Solutions Engineering team to bridge the gap between sales and product. You will act as a technical advisor, helping prospects and existing customers understand how Notion can be integrated into their workflows and tech stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales organization on customer engagements, both prospective and existing.
• Answer advanced product, technical, RFP, and security questionnaire requests promptly and accurately.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, enabling customers to deploy and integrate Notion quickly.
• Demonstrate custom solutions that showcase Notion’s capabilities for specific workflows and integrated applications.
• Collect and structure product feedback to inform Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine technical narratives, including blog posts, webinars, and collateral.
• Educate the sales team on product updates, competitive positioning, and typical customer environments.
• Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases for teams, customers, and partners.

Required profile

• Early‑stage member of a Solutions Engineering organization, comfortable shaping processes and best practices.
• Strong communication skills in French and English, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for helping clients solve complex workflow challenges.
