About the role

2K is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to lead technical initiatives within its Business Intelligence team. The role bridges complex data engineering with actionable business strategy, ensuring data is scalable, trusted, and integral to decision‑making across the gaming portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of the reporting data mart by designing and maintaining high‑performance base tables and semantic layers.
• Establish and evangelize technical standards for the BI team, including SQL performance best practices and modular data modeling.
• Act as a strategic consultant to cross‑functional teams, optimizing reporting data for downstream analytical and business users.
• Collaborate with Data Governance and Data Engineering to define and enforce rigorous data quality standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and raise the technical bar across the analytics organization.

• Seasoned expert with deep experience in the full data lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate large, multi‑source datasets into cohesive reporting ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills to partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders.
