Staff Nurse - In-Patient Oncology Haematology

About the role
The Staff Nurse will work within an in‑patient oncology and haematology unit, contributing to a caring and creative environment while delivering the highest possible quality of nursing care.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Maintain a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated delivery of care.
- Document care activities accurately and promptly.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
