Staff Nurse – Private Hospitals & Nursing Homes

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to join private hospitals and nursing homes across Ireland. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced environment, supporting both day‑to‑day clinical activities and specialised nursing services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessments, medication administration and wound management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with acute interventions.
• Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment in accordance with infection‑control policies.

Required profile

• Qualified nursing degree or diploma recognised by the NMBI.
• Recent nursing experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
• EU citizenship and valid NMBI pin.
• Positive, communicative attitude with a passion for patient care.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic clinical procedures and patient monitoring.
