Staff Nurse – Residential Care Home

About the role

Beechfield Care Group is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join the team at Beechfield Manor Nursing Home in Shankill, Co. Dublin. Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will help maintain a high standard of care for our elderly residents while ensuring compliance with HIQA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day supervision of care and nursing staff.
• Coordinate resident activities and promote engagement.
• Deliver care that meets the highest professional and ethical standards.
• Ensure all practices align with HIQA regulations.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• NMBI registered nurse.
• Excellent clinical, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound decision‑making capability.
• Genuine interest in caring for the elderly.

Required skills

• Current NMBI registration.
• Knowledge of HIQA regulatory standards.
