Store Manager – Retail (Liffey Valley)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a popular on‑trend retail outlet in Liffey Valley. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional in‑store experience, driving sales performance and inspiring a large team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multi‑person team, setting standards of excellence and customer service.
• Drive sales, monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage budgets, control costs and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.
• Handle HR duties including recruitment, training and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practice procedures.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on sales growth and KPI achievement.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work hands‑on and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
