Store Manager – Retail – Liffey Valley

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship outlet in Liffey Valley. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence. You will develop and empower your team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and support the in‑store team daily to meet and surpass KPIs.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence, ensuring excellent customer service and effective back‑of‑house operations.
• Become an expert on our hand‑crafted luxury products through thorough training.
• Collaborate with the regional sales manager to nurture talent and plan succession.
• Use sales data to identify trends and take corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven store management experience in beauty, fashion, jewellery or accessories.
• Passion for a culture of exemplary customer service.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and enthusiasm for the brand.
