Store Supervisor (Full-Time)

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will support the Assistant Store Manager in leading daily store operations, coaching teammates and ensuring a high‑performance culture. You will help maintain merchandise standards, drive sales results and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends and merchandise reports to make real‑time business decisions.
• Monitor loss‑prevention standards and store audit compliance.
• Rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals and Operations to gain cross‑functional experience.
• Provide detailed product information to customers and address any safety or injury incidents promptly.
• Communicate sales targets, priorities and KPI goals to teammates.
• Support onboarding, training and continuous development of store staff in partnership with regional leadership and HR.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Availability to work full‑time hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, lift and move cartons up to 25 lb (12 kg) each shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws and advanced selling experience.

Required skills

• Comfortable using hand‑held and mobile retail technology devices.
