Strategic GTM Project Manager – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic GTM Project Manager to lead go‑to‑market, customer success and customer experience initiatives for a high‑tech, cloud‑based SaaS multinational. The position is fully remote within Ireland, on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic GTM and customer‑experience projects that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage multi‑project portfolios spanning process improvements and new product launches with a Europe/EMEA focus.
• Implement solutions such as chat, AI tools and process automation to optimise customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to leverage data and enhance overall customer success.

Required profile

• Functional Project Manager with proven experience delivering GTM, sales or customer‑experience projects.
• Strong knowledge of customer engagement processes and functional process‑improvement initiatives.
• Background in SaaS (preferably B2C) and familiarity with revenue‑operations or CX strategies.
• Agile mindset, able to adapt to change; certifications such as PMP, Agile or PRINCE2 are a plus.
