Student Recruitment Officer – Undergraduate

About the role

The Student Recruitment Officer – Undergraduate will act as a key ambassador for Maynooth University, promoting the institution to prospective students and their influencers. This role supports the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office in delivering a welcoming and informative experience for future undergraduates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, guidance counsellors, parents and other stakeholders across Ireland.
• Plan, organise and deliver recruitment events, open days and outreach activities.
• Provide accurate information about courses, entry requirements and student life.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Travel nationwide and work occasional evenings or weekends as required.

• Commitment to delivering excellent service to prospective students.

Required skills

• Event management experience.
