Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive will optimise the flow of goods from suppliers to end customers, eliminating inefficiencies and supporting internal teams such as buyers, sales, warehousing, accounts, and customer service. The role ensures supplier relationships meet service level agreements and that all procurement processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders, including acknowledgements, amendments, and clean‑up.
• Forecast demand, replenish stock, and place bulk and special orders.
• Set up vendors, negotiate terms and discounts, and maintain product information and imagery.
• Generate daily bulk stock reports and conduct margin checks for non‑special purchase flows.
• Manage delivery dates, lead times, customs clearance, and inbound logistics to the warehouse.
• Communicate pricing updates, supplier shutdowns, and new product information to relevant teams.
• Support customer service issues, pricing creation, and accounts payable queries.
• Participate in daily briefing calls, weekly pricing meetings, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
