Supply Chain Inventory Analyst

About the role
Join a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Dublin as a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst on a 12‑month contract. You will support the transition of inventory sources, ensuring seamless stock movement and minimal waste.
Key responsibilities
- Track depletion rates of existing stock and alert stakeholders to prepare for new stock transactions.
- Monitor shipment of finished goods and coordinate with Logistics and Quality to align releases with system changes.
- Apply FEFO (First Expired, First Out) logic to reduce write‑offs and flag short‑dated stock promptly.
- Maintain an Excel‑based Inventory Tracker Dashboard for real‑time visibility of transition progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Life Sciences.
- Extensive experience in supply chain or inventory management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
